Services Provided
EmeraldCityStays provides guests with furnished rental properties in the Seattle area.
User Data
We collect the information you give us, such as your name, email address and, if you opt in to text messages, your mobile number. Bookings and payments are handled by our booking partners (such as Hospitable, Airbnb and Vrbo); we don't collect or store payment card details on this Site. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of the booking. This policy will be shown to you for review before completing your booking.
Text Messages (SMS)
Emerald City Stays sends operational text messages, about cleaning and maintenance scheduling, arrival times, access timing and service requests, to customers and vendors we have an existing business relationship with who opt in by texting JOIN to (866) 389-8327. We don't send marketing texts.

- Reply HELP for help, or email charles@emeraldcitystays.com. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and START to resubscribe.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
