The space has been recently remodeled, making it a peaceful and beautiful retreat in the quaint Maple Leaf neighborhood that's still within easy reach of the hustle and bustle the heart of Seattle. The spacious new kitchen, onsite laundry, and blazing fast fiber optic internet make it a perfect choice for guests looking for a temporary home for a longer term stay. The home itself is older and sound travels fairly well, which makes it ideal for groups who are happy to relax quietly once quiet hours begin. The tenants upstairs are young professionals and are generally in bed early.

Please observe quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 8 AM every night of the week. Once quiet hours begin only those guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the unit.

Smoking

The property is non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please do so at the street in the front. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash after fully extinguishing them.

Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.

We had a great stay— the unit is spacious and clean, with a large kitchen. As mentioned by others, you can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Charles was very communicative and helpful.
